Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once your download has been delivered.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Not reading the product description before purchasing
• Inability to print due to printer or software issues on your own device
